LUME Studios is a 5,400 sq ft immersive event venue at 393 Broadway, at the intersection of SoHo and Tribeca in New York City. The venue spans multiple levels and is built around a 16 projector system that covers walls and floors with full 360-degree visuals, paired with a 17 channel spatial audio system and customizable color lighting. The main floor handles brand activations, product launches, fashion shows, and large-scale video production.

A basement lounge with 18 screens, a 4th floor private dining room with a full chef's kitchen, and a street-facing LED marquee complete the building. Since 2016, LUME has hosted over 1,600 events for brands including Nike, Amazon, Bai, JetBlue, and Chase, and has worked with talent including Billie Eilish, Sydney Sweeney, and Burna Boy.

A: LUME Studios spans multiple levels of flexible space, each designed for a different style of event. The Immersive Studio and basement lounge are the main experience, perfect for brand activations, presentations, screenings, video shoots. We also have a dedicated kitchen and dining loft for private dinners, poker nights, meetings and podcast shoots plus additional lofts in the building which work as support areas for green rooms, storage, or production holding.

Q: Can LUME help produce my entire event?

A: Yes. Think of LUME as your end-to-end creative and production partner. We can source the right venue, build the creative concept, manage production and vendors, food and beverage, capture photo/video, and add immersive enhancements that make the experience feel intentional, elevated, and seamless.
