Parties at LUME start on the sidewalk. Your name on the Broadway marquee is the first moment of the night, before guests even walk through the door. Inside, 5,400 square feet across three floors gives every phase of the evening its own space: cocktails on arrival, dinner in the loft, dancing on the main floor with 360° immersive visuals surrounding the room. The visual environment shifts with the night. The 17-speaker JBL audio system handles everything from dinner conversation to the moment the music takes over. Your guests leave with photos they'll post for weeks.

How It Works
The 360° projection mapping shifts the visual environment throughout the evening. Warm and intimate for cocktail hour. Bold motion graphics when the energy lifts. A fully custom themed environment built around your vision if you want it. Neon nights, tropical escapes, photos and videos of the guest of honor projected wall-to-wall. The room becomes whatever the night calls for.
The main floor is the heart of the party: dance floor, DJ, immersive visuals. The LOFT 4 dining room handles dinner and the more intimate moments of the night. The basement lounge is the low-key floor where guests decompress, have a real conversation, and stay until the end. Every level serves a purpose. No dead zones. No cramming 150 people into one room and calling it a celebration.
The same building works for the celebrations that are not birthdays, and there are two ways to do the dinner. LOFT 4 on the fourth floor is the intimate one: a cast iron room built around a full chef's kitchen, 35 seated, food coming out of the kitchen it was cooked in. The Immersive Studio on the main floor is the other one: a bigger seated dinner with the 360° walls running photos from the years being marked, catered from that same fourth-floor kitchen. Engagement parties use the main floor for the toast and the basement lounge for the guests who want to actually talk. Baby showers and bridal showers book the daytime block, which is quieter and costs less than an evening rental. Tell us the headcount and we will tell you which room it belongs in.

LOFT 4 is our intimate fourth floor space for up to 65 guests. Authentic SoHo cast iron loft setting with exposed brick from 1867, on-site Michelin-caliber kitchen with dining tables, and 4K display with Apple TV. Used for private dinners, executive meetings, masterclasses, press previews, and intimate brand events.

LOFT 2 is a flexible second floor loft for groups up to 100. It comes with large wall projections, high speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette, with layouts that move easily between conference, classroom, and workshop setups.
Use it on its own for lunch meetings, catered presentations, and workshops, or as a breakout room, green room, or VIP space alongside a larger event downstairs.

The Spaces
Every format on this page runs in one of six spaces: the 2,400 sq ft 360° Immersive Studio, a 35-seat private dining loft with a working kitchen, a basement lounge, and three cast iron lofts in SoHo and Tribeca. Expecting more than 250 guests, or hosting somewhere else? We source the venue and produce inside it. The Solana bootcamp ran for 1,000 attendees in a 30,000 sq ft partner venue.

Anniversary dinners go one of two ways: 35 seated in LOFT 4 with the chef's kitchen on the same floor, or a larger seated dinner in the Immersive Studio with photos running across the 360° walls.
LOFT 4 seats 35 and has the full kitchen on the same floor, so it suits anything intimate. The Immersive Studio seats more and has the 360° projection, so it suits a dinner that needs a visual moment. LOFT 4 has a 4K display rather than projection. Both are catered from the fourth-floor kitchen.
