Join Ashley of Active Mom Fitness in a variety of small group fitness classes and holiday fun this December! All classes are provided in a small group setting and provide a full body workout with an emphasis on core strength. You should check with your physician or obstetrician to make sure you are cleared for exercise. No previous exercise experience necessary. Drop ins welcome, but registration is suggested. Max capacity per class is 7 moms.
HIIT plus H.A.B.I.T (high intensity interval training plus hips, abs, butt and inner thigh!)
Tuesday 9:45-10:30 am | Moms and children 2 and up welcome for art camp (immobile babies are welcome to watch!)

If you’re ready to push yourself with moderate to high intensity exercise, this class is for you. This class offers a quick and effective full body workout using intervals and moves to tone your lower body and strengthen your core. *If you’re early postpartum and haven’t yet focused on rebuilding your core and/or have pain with squats and lunges, this may not be the best format for you.
