Small group training provides a customized workout with the social aspect of training with others. You’ll receive a safe, full body workout, using a variety of training methods (stability ball, foam roller, Pilates, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.). Join Ashley of Active Mom Fitness for small group fitness training! You should check with your physician or obstetrician to make sure you are cleared for exercise. No previous exercise experience necessary. Max capacity per training group is 4 moms.
Who should sign up for this training program? Mamas-to-be any point in your pregnancy, looking to safely exercise while taking into account the changes to your body. If you’re looking to strengthen muscles to help with posture, pregnancy discomfort and prepare for labor and delivery then this class is for you.

- Start with a a 4-session commitment (4 sessions to be used within 5 weeks) and then choose to continue with 4 sessions or single sessions as group space allows.
