Incorporating classes into your fitness routine helps with commitment and is the perfect way to remain challenged…it’s also fun. Join Ashley of Active Mom Fitness for a full body workout with an emphasis on core strength. You should check with your physician or obstetrician to make sure you are cleared for exercise. No previous exercise experience necessary. Max capacity per class is 7 moms.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Who should register for this class? Moms looking for an effective full body interval workout that emphasizes hips, abs, butt and inner thighs. If you’re ready to push yourself with moderate to high intensity exercise, this class is for you. If you’re early postpartum and haven’t yet focused on rebuilding your core and/or have pain with squats and lunges, this may not be the best format for you.
