During this workshop, you will be guided through a variety of mindful movement practices. The benefits of present moment awareness will be experienced in yoga and qigong movements. 
Develop mindfulness skills that have proven to reduce stress, increase awareness and concentration, improve health, and enhance quality of life.
About the instructor
Curt Woolford, MA, E-RYT began his personal mindfulness practice over 25 years ago. He has studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with Jon Kabat Zinn, The Penn Program for Mindfulness, and the Jefferson Mindfulness Institute. Curt has been an instructor of Mindfulness, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong for more than 15 years. With degrees in Philosophy and Educational Psychology, he brings a deep awareness of the learning process to his mindfulness instruction.

Have  you ever looked at yourself in the mirror, covered in spit up, or toddler snot, or both…  sagging body parts that used to stand at attention…  grey-ish tone to your once plump, healthy skin…  Big dark circles under your eyes…  and thought…

“…am i actually dying right now?  am i going to die from sleep deprivation”?

The answer is probably not!  You will, likely, get through it.

Tired Moms yoga is for tired moms:

Moms of newborns, moms of toddlers, moms of multiples, working moms, stay at home moms, adoptive moms, moms of teenagers, any form of exhausted, run-down mom.

This gentle restorative practice encourages rest and release and healing for the body and the mind. Restorative yoga is especially useful for eliminating the fatigue and stress that result from daily activities as well as traumatic life events (having kids).

The class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages and abilities. Restorative yoga is a practice that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props, soothing music, and long, comfortable holds.
