Incorporating classes into your fitness routine helps with commitment and is the perfect way to remain challenged…it’s also fun. Join Ashley of Active Mom Fitness for a full body workout with an emphasis on core strength. You should check with your physician or obstetrician to make sure you are cleared for exercise. No previous exercise experience necessary. Max capacity per class is 7 moms.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Who should register for this class? Moms looking for an effective full body interval workout that emphasizes hips, abs, butt and inner thighs. If you’re ready to push yourself with moderate to high intensity exercise, this class is for you. If you’re early postpartum and haven’t yet focused on rebuilding your core and/or have pain with squats and lunges, this may not be the best format for you.

  • Children 2 and up welcome for art camp (immobile babies & separation anxious kiddos are welcome to hang with Mom while she works out) $5 per child

Small group training provides a customized workout with the social aspect of training with others. You’ll receive a safe, full body workout, using a variety of training methods (stability ball, foam roller, Pilates, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.). Join Ashley of Active Mom Fitness for small group fitness training and stick to your New Years resolutions! You should check with your physician or obstetrician to make sure you are cleared for exercise. No previous exercise experience necessary. Max capacity per training group is 4 moms.

Who should sign up for this training program? Moms ready to rebuild your core and increase overall strength and fitness. If you’re ready to take your first steps toward fitness after having a baby, this group is for you. Most moms are 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum, but all are welcome.

  • Start with a a 4-session commitment (4 sessions to be used within 5 weeks) and then choose to continue with 4 sessions or single sessions as group space allows.

If you’re looking to strengthen muscles to help with posture, pregnancy discomfort and prepare for labor and delivery then this class is for you.
