Consider yourself artistically challenged yet drooling longingly over “easy” Pinterest crafts you’ll never master?  Then this is the series for you!!  Sign up with a couple of friends or make new ones here and create some DIY projects (except… forget the Y.  Because you will be getting help. It’s more like D.I.I.  Do It Instructed)  Think of this class like the classic sipping and painting parties that are all the rage these days, except with adorable Pinterest crafts.  It’s “Pinterest for Dummies” or “Pinterest for Dummies who Love Local Booze”.  Maybe that’s too much…

We will be enjoying weekly tastings and information from our new neighbors up the street, Manatawny Stillworks! while we work on Pinterest classics like: Etched Glasses, Felt Terrariums, Cigar Box Ring holders, Liquor Bottle Lamps, and more!!  We’ll also have field trips off-site to the new Manatawny Tasting Room for some of our project nights.

The Fall line-up starts November 2!!

Join Ashley of Active Mom Fitness in a variety of small group fitness classes and holiday fun this December! All classes are provided in a small group setting and provide a full body workout with an emphasis on core strength. You should check with your physician or obstetrician to make sure you are cleared for exercise. No previous exercise experience necessary. Drop ins welcome, but registration is suggested. Max capacity per class is 7 moms.

HIIT plus H.A.B.I.T (high intensity interval training plus hips, abs, butt and inner thigh!)

Tuesday 9:45-10:30 am | Moms and children 2 and up welcome for art camp (immobile babies are welcome to watch!)

If you’re ready to push yourself with moderate to high intensity exercise, this class is for you. This class offers a quick and effective full body workout using intervals and moves to tone your lower body and strengthen your core. *If you’re early postpartum and haven’t yet focused on rebuilding your core and/or have pain with squats and lunges, this may not be the best format for you.

If you’re ready to take your first step toward fitness after having a baby, this class is for you. We’ll focus on rebuilding your core and strengthening muscles weakened by pregnancy and caring for baby.  Most moms are 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum, but all are welcome.

Tuesdays 12-12:50 pm | Pregnant women during any trimester

Mamas-to-be during any point in your pregnancy looking to safely exercise while taking into account the changes to your body. If you’re looking to exercise safely while taking into account the changes to your body during pregnancy, this class is for you. We will strengthen your muscles to help with posture, pregnancy discomforts and prepare for labor.
