Assistant Director, Meaghan Paice

Meaghan Paice comes to Lume Studios as a practicing artist and art educator. After graduating from University of Massachusetts with a degree in Studio Arts, she traveled and explored other cultures both abroad and in the States. Upon returning, Meaghan began her career as a pre-school teacher and assistant director of a child care center here in Philadelphia. After several years, Meaghan was ready for a change again and traveled and explored yoga communities, art communities and farming communities around the world while working as a nanny, chef and candy maker extraordinaire. Returning to Philadelphia to be close to family and the cultural vibrancy of this great city, Meaghan worked as Studio Director for an Art Center here. Embracing a belief in the importance of developing independent young artists and supporting local artists as well as a responsibility for the environment, Meaghan strives to create a nurturing space for all people to enjoy here at Lume. Excited for this next chapter, Meaghan is available and happy to hear from you!
